Work @ Proof
Want to work for one of the top PR firms on the West Coast?
Proof is an award-winning boutique public relations agency that partners with ambitious brands across hospitality, healthcare, real estate, lifestyle, and beyond. We are known for smart strategy, strong media relationships, and work that delivers measurable growth.
We are currently hiring for a small number of roles and are always open to meeting exceptionally talented PR and social media professionals. If you are strategic, detail-oriented, and serious about your craft, you will feel at home here.
Below are our current openings. Even if you do not see the perfect role, we encourage standout candidates to introduce themselves and share their work.

Where We Work
Proof is headquartered in Arizona, with our primary office located at Industrious in Kierland Commons in Scottsdale. Our team has the flexibility to work from home, from the Industrious location nearest them, or from our Kierland Commons office.
Our clients are based both in Arizona and across the country. As a result, local travel to meet with clients and attend events is expected, and occasional national travel may be required depending on the role and client needs.
We care far more about results, accountability, and collaboration than where you are sitting on any given day.

About the Role
The Social Media Strategist or Manager leads social media strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, with a clear focus on growth, performance, and results. The title will be based on experience, but expectations remain the same: ownership of social performance and the ability to translate strategy into high-performing content.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how social platforms actually work and can plan, create, capture, and optimize content without relying on outside production in every situation.
What You Will Do
- Own social media strategy and execution for 5 to 7 client accounts, including Proof’s channels
- Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Build and adapt content calendars based on performance data, trends, and growth goals
- Plan, direct, capture, edit, and optimize short-form video content designed to drive discovery and engagement
- Write clear, compelling, on-brand captions and copy tailored to each platform
- Identify, test, and apply trends that support sustainable growth
- Manage scheduling, publishing, reporting, and performance tracking
- Design supporting social assets using tools like Canva
- Collaborate closely with the PR team to align social content with earned media, launches, and campaigns
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent month-over-month growth in reach, engagement, and followers
- Repeatable content formats that outperform benchmarks
- Video content that reaches new audiences beyond existing followers
- Strategic recommendations grounded in testing, insights, and results
Experience We Are Looking For
- 3 or more years of proven social media management experience
- Demonstrated success growing social media accounts with measurable results
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok best practices
- Comfort shooting, editing, and optimizing video content for social platforms
- Strong writing skills and creative judgment
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities at once
What to Include When Applying
To be considered for this role, we ask that candidates share specific examples of social media accounts or campaigns they have managed. We are most interested in understanding your impact and results.
Please be prepared to highlight:
- The platforms you managed
- Growth or performance metrics over time
- The timeframe and goals
- The strategies or content that drove results
- Your role in planning, creating, and executing the work
