Proof Publicity is proud to announce the promotion of Lisa K. Sass to Integrated Communications Manager, a newly created leadership position supporting the agency’s public relations and social media operations.
In this expanded role, Sass will lead Proof Publicity’s integrated communications strategy across client and internal initiatives. In addition to her everyday tasks as a Senior PR Manager, she will also lead the social media department, guide agency-wide communications processes, direct employee training and hiring, and manage internal communications for the growing firm.
“This new role represents the next evolution of what we’ve built at Proof, a place where creative storytelling, community purpose, and operational excellence come together,” said Sass. “It’s incredibly fulfilling to help shape how we grow as a team while continuing to deliver measurable, meaningful work for our clients.”
Sass has been part of Proof Publicity since its founding in October 2024 and has worked alongside founder and CEO Melissa DiGianfilippo since 2020. Her strategic leadership has shaped many of Proof’s award-winning campaigns, including community-impact initiatives for Roman Empire Agency x Arizona Diamondbacks, and Birdcall x Stop Our Stigma, as well as successful openings for major hospitality and franchise brands such as Moxy Phoenix Downtown, OHM Fitness, Cinnabon Swirl, and Moe’s Southwest Grill, among others.

A natural leader in the communications industry, Sass also serves on the Board of Directors for PRSA Phoenix, where she progressed from the Professional Development Committee (2022) to President (2024) and Copper Anvils Chair (2025); roles that have allowed her to mentor peers, celebrate industry excellence, and help strengthen Arizona’s PR community.
The promotion comes at a time of continued growth for Proof Publicity, following multiple wins at the 2025 PRSA Phoenix Copper Anvil Awards and ongoing success across industries from hospitality and real estate to wellness and nonprofit sectors.
